Accommodation is subject to availability at the time of confirmation at the tariffs according to the season. Due to a recent change in legislation, we do NOT accept credit cards. There is NO charge for a debit card.
CANCELLATION Our cancellation policy is provided on our website and on the website of whichever on-line travel agent (OTA) you have booked with and by clicking on the Book Now link, you will have agreed to all the terms and conditions. For example, on Booking.com’s website the cancellation charge is usually set out on the left-hand side of the page on which you entered your personal details. Under the terms of our cancellation policy, your card is immediately automatically pre-authorised by the amount of the first night’s stay via the secure EVIIVO booking system and full payment may be pre-authorised from 4 weeks before arrival. All deposits and pre-authorisations are non-refundable in the event of cancellation
PLEASE NOTE : This has NOT been charged as yet, but your bank may reduce your spending limit on the card by an amount in accordance with our cancellation policy. This may reduce the total of your available balance, but this money is still held in your account, some banks move it to their suspense account if they consider it a pending spend commitment. This pre-authorisation is released on check-out.
We use a third-party channel manager (called Eviivo.com) to act for us in the management of our diary, as liaison between ourselves and the (OTA) you have booked with. This is for the safety and security of the card details that you have put in to either our website or the website of the OTA you are using. All payments for our bookings are processed via EVIIVO in order to ensure your card details are kept as securely as possible. Depending on who you bank with, the name EVIIVO may show up on your bank statement as EVIIVO automatically request a validation and pre-authorisation of your card as soon as the reservation has been made.
If EVIIVO finds that the card used to guarantee the reservation is invalid, you will be notified automatically and given 12 hours in which to provide new card details to guarantee the reservation. If these details are not provided the reservation will be cancelled automatically. A pre-authorisation must be in place with a debit or credit card before you check in. In the event of non-arrival (No show) then the full remaining balance will be due and can be taken from the same account and the card holder will be notified. The pre-authorisation is held pending room inspection for any damage which will be deducted from the card details held. A pre-authorisation will automatically cancel providing no damage has occurred.
Smoking/drug use is NOT permitted in any part of the building. Any evidence of smoking/drug use in bedrooms will result in Guests being asked to leave, irrespective of time of day with no refund. A further charge of £50 WILL be deducted from the card used to secure the booking if we find evidence of smoking/drug during your stay or after you have left, or any theft or damage occasioned to the room will also be deducted from the card used to secure the reservation. You will be notified by e-mail that this charge has been taken. If you have booked via an on-line travel agency, this will be to the e-mail address that they provided to us for you.
Rooms will be available from 3pm on the day of arrival. Luggage may be left earlier by prior appointment. The proprietors do not accept responsibility for valuables left in rooms. Rooms must be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure. Rooms may not be occupied by more persons than stated or booked. We take our Guests’ comfort seriously. Any Guests that cause a disturbance to other guests in the night WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY AND NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN
If you think you might arrive in Blackpool much after 9pm in the evening, you may be better served with a larger establishment who provide a 24-hour check-in service. If you are going to arrive outside the hours of 3pm to 6pm please let us know in advance. We do not have ground floor bedrooms. There is an Access Policy on our website www.suttonparkblackpool.co.uk. Rooms 1-5 are on the 1st Floor and Rooms 6-10 are on the 2nd floor. We do not have a lift. For the safety, security and comfort of our guests, the phones and doorbell go on to DO NOT DISTURB after 9pm and you will not be able to check in at all unless we receive prior notice, additional keys are available on request at check-in.
CAR PARKING & LOCATION – An information e-mail will be sent to you separately, including information on car parking (we have 2 spaces available which must either be pre-booked or these will be available on a “first come first-served” basis. The charges for this are in our information e-mail together with a detailed description of our location and the location of the car parks and charges nearby. We also provide a list of events/shows which are on in Blackpool at the time of your visit, and details of most of the many and various attractions that Blackpool has to offer. Please take some time to read this.
When booking your holiday, you are entering into a legally binding contract. We recommend you take out holiday insurance cover to cover the cost of any unforeseen cancellation.
