COVID 19 PRECAUTIONS

In these uncertain times we hope that you are all keeping well. We have been following the government guidelines and have remained closed throughout the lockdown period. We have, however, continued to maintain the high standard of cleanliness that our guests have come to expect. We will reduce the amount of letting rooms dependent on whether guests require breakfast or not. There may be two sittings dependent on how many guests require breakfast. Each table in the breakfast room will provide individual tongs for each guest so that there is no need to touch any item directly. Disposable gloves, aprons and hand sanitizer will be available for guests to pick up yoghurt, juice, bread etc., there may be a slightly limited choice to avoid cross contamination and we would advise all our guests to make use of the disposable gloves when picking anything up in the breakfast room. We will also have hand sanitizing stations available on entering the building, in the breakfast room and in the bar. We will be wearing appropriate PPE where necessary and would advise all guests to bring face masks, gloves and travel hand sanitizer for when they are out and about. All monies owing for bookings will need to be paid before the day of arrival and unless otherwise instructed, we will take this from the card details that we hold. If you wish to use a different card, please let us know and we can email a secure payment link to you. Guests are recommended to run a tab in the bar and pay at the end.
